| Tiivistelmä: | In September, 1998, the investment in the State-owned sectors sharply increased to 33.2 per cent, which truly promoted the economic recovery. The driving force, however, became declined as the proportion of the output of these sectors to GDP is only 30 per cent . But this investment directly influence the fluctuation, expansion and contraction of the macroeconomic cycle. With the contraction of the State -owned sectors, especially with the rise of the output proportion of non-state sectors and foreign-funded enterprises the influence has been partly eliminated. So the government investment system must be reformed. A diversified and multileveled system of financial services should be established. In the capital market more neutral listing rules should be adopted and so on. |
