| Tiivistelmä: | In recent year, the quality of Shanghai's economic growth has been constantly promoted while the economic growth has been at a high speed. However, the question of accelerating the promotion of the quality of Shanghai's economic growth has become less dependent upon investment growth. The promotion of growth quality requires the rational adjustment of investment structure. Consumption demand becomes the main impetus of Shanghai's economic growth.
