| Tiivistelmä: | China Telecom will encounter a new competitor, China International Internet Communication Ltd. Who will break the monopolized situation in our telecommunication industry and form the competitive situation among China Telecom, China Unicom, and itself. And one point should be made clear:from the beginning, the new internet should not be limited to "trunk cable net", but establish the second national data transmission network based on the possessed resources on the broadcasting and railway network. So the main conditions of the new network to reach the necessary scale are reshuffle of the local link net and finance for the transform. The significance of establishing "Chinese High-speed Internet (the demonstration project)" is to enhance the substantial development of the multi-net competition system in China. |
