| Tiivistelmä: | The level of security market efficiency reflects the rationality of market pricing from a side face, as well as illuminates whether potential risks exist in security market. Through the analysis on Shanghai Stock Exchange, it illustrates that the characteristic of low efficiency is obvious. Relative speaking, market efficiency in 1996 is pretty high. In the second of half of 1997 the phenomenon of unusual action emerged. Therefore, the issues that the administrative level should pay attention to and solve are to improve market efficient degree, set up information release system, and perfect information revelation system. |
