We should establish perfect intermediary service system, unobstructed route of retreat and perfect economic laws and regulations. To guarantee it runs smoothly, we must establish standard policy-related initial investment setups, cultivate commercialized multiple initial investment mainstay, cultivate and develop intermediary service setups, establish government readjustment and control mechanism which is to guide and support initial investment and perfect related policies and laws and regulations. |
