| Tiivistelmä: | China's inhabitants' income has greatly enhanced and at the same time their future income and expenses expectation are uncertain because of the reform of economics system. As a result, it is possible for them to save a lot so that the changes in systems can account for fully the overgrowth of China's inhabitants' savings deposits.The paper argues at present their interest rate elasticity should be enhanced further and one way to do it is to develop consumer credit. |
