| Tiivistelmä: | The evaluation of biodiversity and nature conservation policies is known to be hampered by methodolocal and empirical difficulties. The paper shows that some methodological problems can be avoided by integrating a decision aid focused multi-criteria analysis and a cost-benefit analysis. |
