Tiivistelmä:The managed shopping centre is an interesting topic for knowledge management - relying on interdependency between owner, retailers, and shoppers. Relying on complex interdependences between shoppers, retailers and owners, shopping centres are ideal for knowledge at management study Retailers have been the forefront of data mining, but shopping centres have received little attention Aspects of customer knowledge management for shopping centres are considered using analogies drawn from an exploratory questionnaire survey. The authors argue that dissemination to a shopping centre owner could result in meeting shopper requirements better.
