Tiivistelmä:Facilitation, teamwork, influence, and creative communication - they're all people skills. The trick is to match talents with tasks. Most executives assume they know who their "people" people are. We have analyzed psychological tests of more than 7.000 business professionals. The findings challenge the limited traditional notion of who "people" people are. Ideally, most working groups should include people with interests in all four dimensions of interpersonal work.
