Tiivistelmä:This paper examines the influence of individual characteristics and exposure to ethics education on perceptions of the relationship between organizational ethical practices and business outcomes. The study shows that both exposure to ethics in the curriculum and gender differences had a major effect on student perceptions of the ideal relationship. Females had a higher expectation regarding the linkage, but male students could "catch up" with exposure to ethics education. In addition, the findings indicate that gender differences in ethical attitudes regarding the ideal ethical climate were significant for undergraduate students, but not so significant for working professionals who were part-time MBA students.
