| Tiivistelmä: | This study aims at elucidating the philosophical and epistemological assumptions underlying the current controversial discourse related with issues of knowledge management (KM). The groundwork of Nonaka (et al.) as well as an article recently published by Schreyögg and Geiger are used as a starting point for the critical investigation. The results of the analysis will be used to outline theoretical as well as practical consequences for the current discussions on KM (original in German). |
