Tiivistelmä:This study aims to explain and develop the constructs of trust and adaptation in supplier-customer relationships when connected with environmental (green) issues. The authors research the topic through empirical data, collected and analyses through qualitative methods from the perspective of both supplier and customer companies who are participating in dyadic exchange relationships. The study shows through environmental context that while having the potential to contribute to trust in dyadic relationships, adaptation can also undermine the trust that already is present between supplier and customer companies.
