| Tiivistelmä: | Outsourcing (henceforth as: outs-g.) has become a critical strategic decision allowing organisations to develop and leverage the capabilities required to compete. This paper provides a practical framework (here as: f-w.) for managers to use in identifying suitable outs-g. strategies for their processes (as: procs). Especially, the f-w. provides a mechanism for understanding, which procs. should be kept internal and which ones should get outsourced based on both organisational capability and opportunism considerations. Case examples are provided to illustrate the f-w. logic and the outs-g. strategies. |
