| Tiivistelmä: | Companies install new technology all the time in order to increase productivity. However, this might cause difficulties in employees' social life. In fact, some individuals become addicted to ICT. This article discusses the legal responsibilities of this situation. In the analysis part, four necessary elements, duty, breach, proximate cause, and actual damages are disucssed. Finally, it is unclear whether the courts will recognize the addiction to technology. |
