| Tiivistelmä: | Based on an empirical study, this paper examines the ethical implications of conceptualizing and enacting leadership as a relational practice. The challenges of becoming an ethical subject are analysed against the pressures of instrumentalizing and masculinizing relational leading. The creation of an ethical subject is also discussed through the notions of masculinized certainty and feminized insecurity. |
