Tiivistelmä: | This study argues that by emphasizing the process perspective the related character of strategic management (hereafter as: str-mgmt.) and ethical reflection (here as: eth-refln) can be understood. This relatedness is discussed along formal, functional, and procedural similarities. While formal aspects refer to the conditions under which both processes occur, functional aspects deal with the role that strategy process and eth-refln fulfill. Procedural aspects account for similarities in the nature of both processes inso far as the activities performed within each process phase share common characteristics. It is argued that eth-refln can be seen as an integrative part of str-mgmt., either explicitly or implicitly. |
