| Tiivistelmä: | Principal dimensions of developing countries based multinationals are highlighted in view of available empirical findings. Emergence and spread of these multinationals has provided a vivid international debate on their nature and salient features. The analysis points out that developing country based multinational enterprises are highly complex and diversified phenomena. These enterprises seem to be neither a straightforward negation of transnational corporations nor their simple artificial limb in developing countries. |
