Tiivistelmä:A model of human resource forecasting (HRF) technique use is developed by integrating a perceived uncertainty component with the model of human judgement. Predictions are generated from the model and existing literature is examined in support of the predictions. It is concluded that the Perceived Uncertainty Model of Technique Use better explains use of HRF techniques than does a 'straight-line' evolutionary approach.
