Tiivistelmä:Companies and executives search advisers make their decisions according to incomplete information when they fill key positions. In the case of external candidates, they have to rely on the written applications, references and personal meetings. With internal applicants it is the accredited performances less pretentious positions. Wrong decisions here become all the more fatal, the higher is the position to be filled. The investigation should be all the more detailed and circumspect. The described features of the qualified manager do not provide an ideal picture, but indicate the fundamental conditions and the means by which they can be identified.
