| Tiivistelmä: | Absenteeism, internal conflict and turnover are problems common to employers of both professional or non-professional personnel. These problems can be directly associated with the amount of satisfaction employees derive from their work. Professional systems personnel who find that their needs are not being fulfilled from job-related activities are likely to leave the firm. Investigated are the various dimensions of job satisfaction among systems personnel as compared to other occupational groups. |
