| Tiivistelmä: | The framework of methodology used in energy policy decision process, including both the iterative, problem-oriented and the integrating modelling approaches is overviewed. The quantitative approaches used for supply and demand policy analysis are surveyed and classified in relation to their use in key problems. Energy-economy interactions are described, including energy-economy flows of goods and services in a national accounting system, and differences between neoclassical and neo-Keynesian models are shown. New research directions are proposed concerning improvement of methodologies and development of the analysis. |
