| Tiivistelmä: | Dysfunctionalism occurs in all organizational systems but is often hidden. It results in assignments not met, in work that is delayed and often has to be re-done, in poor quality performance, in disloyalty, in redundancy, in accidents, and in counter productive behaviour of all kinds. In every individual there is a conflict between self-interest and what is broadly defined as the organizational or collective interest. As the organizations increase in size and range, the opportunities for dysfunctionalism increase also. |
