Tiivistelmä:The first 100 days in a new job are usually marked by a number of unexpected problems with executives, colleagues and fellow employees. These problems can be toned down slightly by the adoption of suitable measures. The expectations placed in the new "partner" are great, even if there was no opportunity to discuss the details.
