| Tiivistelmä: | After experiencing periods of patrimonial and financial growth, we are entering the era of contractual growth. It is sub-contracting and franchising that have led to the recent development of cooperation contracts. This evolution entails radical changes in the corporate structure and in the competition management. Thus the role of entrepreneur appears more and more the implementation of various structures, institutionalized and contractual, and the accomplishment of a given project. Contractual growth indicates the priority of project over structure and it makes the company a contractual organisation. This progressive transformation has been possible by technical progress in the field of information. |
