Tiivistelmä:The perpetual cycle of setting,achieving and raising target quality levels is considered the only effective way to improve quality. Three basic mind-sets are proposed: business organizations exist to deliver value to their customers; quality is a value viewed from the inside out; business organizations exist to deliver quality to their customers. Some areas are suggested for the human resources function to explore: to make the customer come alive for all employees,to identify and strengthen all customer connections,and apply the same principles in "real life".
