| Tiivistelmä: | The paper investigates the factors determining bilateral trade of 152 industries among 38 major exporters. Factors relevant for inter-industry trade (endowments with physical and human capital), intra-industry trade (relative and absolute size of country and per capita income, product differentiation, standardisation) and gravitational factors (distance, common border, language) are considered. All parameters are of the sign expected. |
