| Tiivistelmä: | Different parametric and non-parametric approaches for the measurement of relative concentration from grouped data are demonstrated and compared from a methodological as well as empirical point of view using the German income data of 1962/63, 1969, 1973 and 1978. The Gini-coefficient, the Theil-measures and logarithmic varience are used to measure relative concentration. |
