| Tiivistelmä: | Recent surveys of small businesses consistently demonstrate that a major problem for small businesses is personnel selection. Unfortunately, the best and most frequently used technology , criterion-related validation, is not well-suited to this context. The present research evaluates a criterion-related validity approach appropriate for firms that are too small for traditional techniques, yet provides adequate statistical power. |
