Tiivistelmä: | The validity of the five dimensions of personality -Extraversion, Emotional Stability, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness to Experience-is examined for five occupational groups and for three types of job performance criteria. Conscientiousness dimension was found to be a consistently valid predictor for all occupational groups studied and for all criterion types. |
