| Tiivistelmä: | In the ex German Democratic Republic, nowdays East Germany, people with considerable income can finance their shares in immobile (real estate) funds through tax exemptions. A survey of this market is presented in the article, although it is not easy to overlook these funds in their recent states. Chances and risks associated with this market are assessed, and several ideas are provided. In order to make clear the tax relief that can be gained through real estate funds in East Germany, the conditions of a Berlin funds are compared with the rules of depreciation valid in West Germany. |
