| Tiivistelmä: | The problems of the formation of the CIS states' monetary systems and the organization of payments among the legal and natural persons of these states are currently becoming increasingly urgent. The introduction of national currencies and the separation of currency and credit markets in the states of the former Union have raised a multitude of questions that must be answered in order to eliminate the obstacles that have formed in mutual settlements and to create an efficient payments system. |
