Tiivistelmä:American business executives who want to function effectively in today's global workplace must have the language skills and cultural sensitivity necessary to communicate with business partners and clients from other countries. Using a combination of online survey results and company interview data collected on both sides of the Atlantic, this article examines the realities of French-American business dealings in both the United States and France in terms of language use and required knowledge of foreign business cultures.
