Tiivistelmä:This article examines perceptions of representative English-language accents using responds from prospective and practicing Argentine providers of business related language services (hereafter as BRLSs). The ranking of accents was following: General American English (hereafter as: E.), Received Pronunciation E., Indian E., Japanese E., Estuary E., and Australian E.. This implies that when teaching businesspersons BLRSs should choose either General American E. or Received Pronunciation E. as their accent model.
