Tiivistelmä:For multinationals operating as global businesses with global workforces, the challenge of managing diverse operations in diverse environments has never been greater. This means that strategic international HRM can provide a global consistency. It takes on particular importance in the areas of PMM in multinationals. This article focuses around interunit linkages, internal operations, and competitive requirements. Previous literature is reviewed and Pepsi-Cola International is used as an example of how multinationals manage some PMM issues.
