Tiivistelmä:This article focuses on the predictability of customer behaviour using the LAMDA classifier (Learning Algorithm Machine for Data Analysis). Particularly it is studied which customers are most likely to defect due to appearance of a new retailer. The example data is gathered from a Spanish grocery chain.
