| Tiivistelmä: | Organizations are examined in order to illustrate how its human resources professionals acted in ways that reinforced the defensive routines they were trying to reduce. How some behaviors and their self-reinforcing loops contribute to ineffective line leadership,is pointed out. It is argued that these negative behaviors are reinforced by management development, organizational development,and reward and appraisal systems, too. |
