Tiivistelmä:What ethical systems of belief can be utilized by managers in the human resource area, is discussed. The four major ethical systems of belief: utilitarianism, universalism, distributive justice, and personal liberty are analysed. Summary of beliefs and problems in the four ethical systems of belief are exhibited. Conclusions on ethical analysis and human resource management are drawn.
