| Tiivistelmä: | The Internal Market within European Community was supposed to be completed by the end of 1992. A programme of almost 300 steps towards the elimination of trade barriers was created by the EC Commission. That means free movement of capital and labour, common services market and adjustment of the legal system in many important areas of life. Most of the regulation (90%) has already taken effect in 1992 and the writers are optimistic, although some some important fields are still waiting for further action. |
