| Tiivistelmä: | Using policy exercise methodology, this paper studies options for lowering barriers to venture capital engagement in ecological energy investment in Europe. The differences in views between workshop representatives from the private sector and interview partners from the European Commission concerning harmonization of related policy measures are discussed. |
