| Tiivistelmä: | The issue of this article is the need for reassessment of ideas about personnel management in the light of European integration. Today's approach of suiting the method to the market may have to give way because of the pressure from Europe. There are some companies that are developing new policies to meet possible Social Charter provisions, which shows the beginnings of a pragmatic adapting to possible new European requirements. |
