| Tiivistelmä: | To meet the increasing demand for raw materials, China has to develop chemical fibre industry. So the development of chemical fibre industry is the key point of textile industry. But the total output of chemical fibre industry is badly short. The development of processing ability is too rapid while that of raw materials lags far behind. Enterprises are burdened with too heavy debts. The competition on world market is fierce. So the tasks that China's chemical fibre industry is faced with are 1. to develop total output and make the output of chemical fibre and that of raw materials reach 1.5 million tows and 2.5 million tons respectively, 2. to adjust stock, that is to reorganize, expand and merge enterprises. Besides, the technological progress of chemical fibre industry as a whole is promoted. |
