| Tiivistelmä: | The causes that lead to the stiff micro-mechanism of the state-owned economy are due to the "eliminating through selection" mechanism hardly to have impacts on the state-owned economy. The breakthrough for restructuring the micro-mechanism of state-owned economy is to set up the scientific structure as well as to rule it by the legal person. The key sector for restructuring is to establish sound incentive mechanism. Moreover, mechanism innovation in restructuring depends on constructing new mechanism for enterprises' marketable business management. |
