| Tiivistelmä: | If it wants to be better off so as to lift itself out of the difficulties as well as to turn itself into favorable cycles, the cotton textile industry should pay more attentions to resolving the following five aspects. Those are, to intensify the reforms aiming at resolving the issues of internal vitality of enterprises; to insist on the policy that the development of enterprises depends on quality and strengthen management over quality; to decrease the cost and take increase of benefits as objective; to establish modern marketing system as well as to exploit markets; and to enhance investments in technology innovation so as to expedite technology advancement. |
