| Tiivistelmä: | Adopting the method of market control is the basic demand for setting up socialist market economic system, but there is a colossal gap between our present macro-control system and this goal pattern. To a great extent, it exists vestiges of plan-control. This paper analyzes the features, reasons and operating mechanism of cyclical economic fluctuation first, and probes into the basic direction for perfecting macro-control system. The paper suggests that grasp opportunities for putting forward transforming macro- control system to realize the goal pattern of market control system. |
