| Tiivistelmä: | The agricultural organic formation and the change-law of labor force demand decide that the basic way of transferring China's surplus rural labor force lies in non-agriculturalist of national economy. Taking the township enterprises as the carriers is still the main channel of absorbing the surplus farmers though there exists serious weak points. In the long run, we have to combine the establishment of small towns and the readjustment of urban industrial structure and take them as the two necessary ways to absorb the surplus rural labor force. Besides, it is necessary to further deepen the reform of both urban and rural economic system. |
