Tiivistelmä:Companies that know how to innovate don't throw money into R&D, but instead they design a new style of corporate behavior that is comfortable with new ideas, change, risk and failure. Innovation can be played out on a grand scale like Enron did by changing the concept of how natural gas industry was run, but sometimes it's the little things that count, like Mirage's innovation of good service. Sometimes it takes a crisis or a giant flop to become more innovative. It's also important to give creative people room to play, and if that won't work one might want some help from innovation consultants.
