| Tiivistelmä: | The issues key to the development of Chinese-style fast food include the following: 1. establish the foothold of Chinese-style fast food development i.e. have Chinese national characteristics; 2. choose a correct farm of business operation, i.e. chain business; 3 guarantee the quality of products by making check at such links as purchasing, stocking with goods and operating, and by establishing a strict personnel training system and practising supervisor system for enforcing service standards and regularly evaluating the management quality of branches; 4. improve the environment for dining; 5. strengthen the government's macro guidance and support. |
