| Tiivistelmä: | The interim findings of a survey on faculty development confirm the importance of the issue in today's business schools. The survey was undertaken based on a widespread but anecdotal evidence within the EQUAL (European Quality Link) group of national and regional associations across Europe. Semi-structured telephone interviews were conducted with nearly 20 international deans and directors general. The questionnaire was developed by the EQUAL Working Party on Faculty Development Issues. |
