| Tiivistelmä: | Work (or project) teams are widely recognized as an effective way to enhance productivity. Many organizations focus on the technical aspects of such teams instead of their interpersonal dynamics. Awareness of common roadblocks can help work teams accomplish their goals. It is prudent to recognize the more common roadblocks to group performance and to devise measures either to prevent or cope with them. The purpose of this discussion is to apply principles of interpersonal and group dynamics to create and manage successful project teams. |
