| Tiivistelmä: | The article describes a study focusing on social referents of brokerage firm employees. A social network perspective is used. This study concentrates on differences between two reference groups which are cohesive actors (friends) and structurally equivalent actors (individuals occupying the same position in a network) as sources of social information. |
